Manuscript (Full article) with publication in Springer book series * = up to 15,000.0 RUB /manuscript **
**The Conference Organizing Committee may provide a discount (up to 100%) on the standard fee. International teams of authors of articles are welcome, such teams can receive a discount on publication. The Standart fee is subject to change.
Paid after double review and approval by editors.

Manuscript (Article RISC) with publication in elibrary.ru = Free

Participants (without publication) = Free

Additional services (if required):

- Proofreading/Translation into English = 300 RUB / 1,000 symbols

- Manuscript formatting = 1,500.0 RUB /manuscript 

Electronic Certificate of Participation = Free

Paper-based Certificate of Participation (with sending by post mail) =

- Russian 1,000.0 RUB

- World 100 EUR
